I had a stupid fall yesterday that hurt my lower back. This morning I could barley get out of bed. Right after walking about for a whilst it felt a little much better, at least i could move around a little. I spent $ 75 at the chiropractor, now he tells me I need to have to see him a lot like three occasions a week.
There has to be a better way. Any
